This Commercial Music License governs the use of all audio products distributed by Raven Hutten™.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any audio product available through Raven Hutten, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this license.
This license grants specific usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright of any audio product.
Upon successful purchase, Raven Hutten grants the customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the purchased audio products.
The license permits unlimited use of the music in both personal and commercial projects without recurring licensing fees.
Licensed music may be incorporated into original productions of any size, including commercial, educational, creative, and professional works.
Licensed audio products may be used in, including but not limited to:
YouTube videos • social media content • documentaries • films and short films • television productions • podcasts • advertisements • promotional campaigns • websites • blogs • mobile applications • desktop software • games • interactive media • online courses • educational materials • presentations • webinars • livestreams • client work • commercial productions • corporate communications • product demonstrations • exhibitions • museums • digital signage • trade shows • public presentations • tourism campaigns • destination marketing • fashion productions • real estate marketing • VR experiences • AR experiences • AI-assisted creative productions • any other original audiovisual production.
All music distributed by Raven Hutten is provided under a royalty-free commercial license.
Once purchased, no additional royalty payments, subscription fees, performance fees, or recurring licensing costs are required for lawful use under this license.
The license remains valid indefinitely.
Purchased music may be used in monetized content without additional permission.
This includes, but is not limited to:
YouTube monetization • commercial advertising • sponsored content • subscription platforms • online education • digital products • paid client projects • television broadcasting • streaming services • business presentations • commercial websites • corporate productions.
Credit is not required. However, acknowledgment of Raven Hutten is always appreciated.
Purchases made through ravenhutten.com are processed using secure third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may perform services including:
payment processing • billing • tax calculation • fraud prevention • transaction verification • payment security.
Changes to payment providers do not affect the validity of this license.
Music distributed by Raven Hutten is not intentionally registered with YouTube Content ID or similar automated copyright enforcement systems.
Customers may freely publish licensed productions on supported platforms.
Customers may not register Raven Hutten music in any Content ID system, fingerprinting service, copyright claim system, or similar technology that could interfere with the lawful use of the music by other licensed customers.
Raven Hutten distributes professionally produced royalty-free music for creators, businesses, agencies, educators, broadcasters, filmmakers, developers, and commercial organizations.
Individual products may differ in:
musical style • duration • BPM • instrumentation • arrangement • number of tracks • production techniques • included file formats.
Product specifications are published on the corresponding product pages.
Customers may modify purchased music for use within their own productions.
Permitted modifications include:
trimming • editing • looping • fading • synchronization with video • mixing • equalization • mastering • voice-over integration • adding sound effects • combining with other media • timing adjustments • format conversion.
Modified versions remain subject to this license and may not be redistributed as standalone music products.
Purchased audio products may not be:
resold as standalone music • redistributed as downloadable audio files • uploaded to competing stock music libraries • included within music collections • included in sample packs • sold as NFTs representing the music itself • distributed in any form allowing extraction of the original audio files • claimed as original musical works • licensed to third parties as standalone music • used to build or operate competing royalty-free music libraries.
This license grants usage rights only. Ownership of the music is never transferred.
All copyrights, neighboring rights, trademarks, branding, intellectual property rights, and all other proprietary rights relating to Raven Hutten audio products remain the exclusive property of Raven Hutten.
Purchasing a product grants permission to use the music according to this Commercial Music License only.
It does not transfer ownership of the music or any intellectual property rights.
Raven Hutten represents that it possesses the rights, permissions and authority necessary to distribute the audio products and grant the licenses described in this Commercial Music License.
All audio products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Raven Hutten makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with every software platform, hardware device, operating system, streaming platform, or future technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raven Hutten shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial damages resulting from the use or inability to use the licensed music.
Customers remain solely responsible for ensuring that their projects comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and local regulations.
Raven Hutten audio products are created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of a proprietary creative production workflow.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used as one of the creative production tools together with custom generative methodologies, structured prompt engineering, artistic direction, manual review, track selection and quality curation to produce the final audio collections. This notice is provided solely for transparency and does not modify or limit the rights granted under this Commercial Music License.
Raven Hutten may periodically update this Commercial Music License to improve clarity, reflect new technologies, expand permitted uses, or comply with changes in applicable law.
License updates shall apply only to purchases made after the published Effective Date unless otherwise required by law.
Future revisions will not affect licenses already granted under previous versions of this Commercial Music License.
