Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical problem with a purchased product, or if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us or use the customer support and refund process provided by our payment provider.
Any refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable terms of our Merchant of Record and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
